Main purpose of job
To carry out testing of products to determine whether they are of the
appropriate quality and to recommend improvements where necessary.
Main responsibilities
1. Carry out product testing in accordance with standard procedures
to ensure that products are of the required quality.
2. Maintain all necessary records of test results.
3. Identify and report on any potential improvements to products
and processes.
4. Maintain an awareness of all developments in products and in test
procedures.
5. Provide advice on quality issues to managers and staff.
