Cascade daily job requirements with merchandisers. ( Promotional displays, deliveries, new launch, cooler upsizing and relocation to prime location, store inventories and other store related activities. )
Ensure all accounts are visited per merchandising schedule
Lead team members in building promotional displays
Weekly performance review with the team to address performance gaps
Responsible in the On The Job Training for new merchandisers & Submit evaluation/assessment report
Deliver store display unit, promo gift items and free drinks for special events arranged by marketing
Maintain customer relations by resolving field problems and customer related issues.
Submit monthly promotion tracker and display implementation report
Conduct regular market visits to ensure all merchandising responsibilities are effectively executed by the team.
Ensure and maintain all SIPCO assets/trade equipment are properly utilized to achieved better ROI through weekly audit report.
Ensure that in-store merchandising execution in all accounts are as per SIPCO standards.
Report CDA compliance issues
Ensure implementation of short term promotional contract
