DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1 Ensures that the stores are carrying the right products mix.
2 Monitoring of PAF and make sure that it has been enforced in stores.
3 Monitors purchased orders by the store as per schedules to avoid any short comings.
4 Manages all aspects of stores merchandising, window display, stock, damage and return to vendor.
6 Monitoring store stock level inventories.
7 Monitoring Known Value Items (KVI) guidelines availability and make sure it enforced in stores.
8 Enforce company guidelines; review/verify store paper work stock in and out movements in order to be parallel with forecast margins and to prevent any unexpected losses.
10 Regular store visits and inspection of all store departments.
13 Conduct market price surveys.
14 Maintains staff vacation plans for all stores staff.
15 Develops quarterly inventory plans and execute inventories accordingly.
16 Execute any other assignments, functions, tasks within the department assigned by the direct supervisor/manager.
