Implementation and support of SAP Success Factors LMS to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction by providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products
Design, configuration and testing of SAP learning functionality as per approved design.
Provide detailed knowledge of industry best practices and how SAP would full fill these practices
Support end-users in using SAP Success Factors; including: troubleshooting, investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs
Complete SAP related documentations
Generate knowledge about the current business process, design current business flows, study current business processes and its complication
Perform GAP analysis of the current business processes and scenarios, and recommend/develop solutions to meet the client’s needs
Prepare test plan for validating the configured scenarios
Write down end-user’s manuals and user’s training materials and conduct awareness and training sessions for end-users
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards
Participates in Change Request process to approve, document, test and certify all changes to the SAP Learning functionality and other integrated applications.
