Manage all User IT-services, Installation, configuration & peripheral devices.
• Provide level-1 support to ensure resolution of day to day incidents reported by end users and remote users.
• Use automated tools to maintain PCs and notebooks.
• Participate in updating IT support processes, escalate to relevant stakeholders (e.g. Business Applications, Technical Support).
• Monitor ticket closure and communicate issue resolution to end users.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems, software (Applications), IP telephony, networks devices & printers.
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.
• Responding within agreed time limits to resolve Issues Logged via the Helpdesk System.
• Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time / Multitask.
• Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with users and other professionals.
• Strong working knowledge of helpdesk software & outlook database.
• Strong working knowledge of IT support automation tools, processes.
• Good understanding of network infrastructure and applications services.
• Provide regular status updates to the IT Manager.
• Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.
• Communicate with appropriate IT-services provider.
• SCC internal communication with VPN, Internet, VoIP & CCTV.
