1. Advise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of sales.
2. Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures to his sector.
3. Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
4. Interact with the International Sales Manager to maximize customer satisfaction, customer retention and business growth opportunities
5. Interface with Halwani’s customers and prospects to ensure the maximum development of opportunities associated with the full breadth of Halwani’s products.
6. Ensures that the work culture and working environment at Halwani Brothers is conducive to promote positive work environment.
7. Develop business targets for his sector and discuss it with the International Sales Manager to achieve the overall sales targets, and plan.
8. Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of sales management and development
9. Ensure activities meet with and integrate with Halwani requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care.
