Position Summary
The job of Payroll Accountant was established for the purpose/s of providing support to department activities with specific responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of preliminary and final payroll reports, time sheets, spreadsheets, and funds distribution; responding to inquiries and/or requests for data and/or reports; providing timely and accurate payroll production; and directing assigned employees.
Major Responsibilities
•Match employee time sheet with active employees every month. Ensure data for all employees existing and new are obtained.
•Enter/upload Timesheet data in payroll system.
•Process payroll based on each business unit.
•Verify the correctness of payroll.
•After approval from Payroll Manager, inform Treasury Officer to disburse salary.
•WPS upload upon bank data receipt.
•Other related jobs assigned by the Reporting Officer.
