Role:
Achieve or exceed sales and collection objectives through selling & promoting relevant products and services, sales skills, networking and product knowledge and customer relationship.
JD:
Achieve or exceed sales targets by product mix and defined periods
Maintain existing customers and Develop & Expand customer base.
Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
Understand customer needs and offer the applicable product and/or service
Convey product details to the customer as needed..
Post received customer inquiries on the system, produce quotations, follow up on the quotation and win customer orders
Negotiate prices, delivery, payment terms and warranties as per policies and within the given authorities
Ensure timely collection of sales invoices
Plan, achieve and log visits and calls to customers
Maintain high quotation hit ratio
Weekly update to his/her superior on sales and collection progress.
Keep wide open eyes and ears to obtain market and competition information and convey it to direct manager
Demonstrate maximum collaboration and develop positive environment with colleagues in same and other departments
Comply with and operate within company business processes, policies and procedures
