About Our Client:
Our client is a frozen bakeries & pastries food manufacturer that has an existing retail pastry chain operation with 6 outlets and looking for establishing a HORECA operation within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
About the Candidate:
We are seeking a professional, solid, and mature candidate for the position of Store Supervisor.
The candidate will be providing customer service, product knowledge and sales support to fellow team members and customers that are consistent with the company’s standards and expectations. The candidate should strives to achieve the store and company’s goals/ objectives in service, branding, sales, productivity and inventory management.
Furthermore, the candidate will be the principal liaison between the customer and the store/ company during their scheduled shift.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Dealing with customers:
o Maintain customer records on daily basis;
o Ensure high customer service standard;
Operations Management
o Daily store operations, including baking process, kitchen operations and raw materials warehouse (FIFO system) within the store;
o Managing transfer of goods between store to reduce waste;
o Ensuring clean and hygienic process;
o Perform market and competitors visit to keep up with market trends;
Performance Management
Employee
o Daily briefing of staff;
o Training procedures for all staff members;
o Monthly assessment of staff;
Retail and Sales
o Managing staff rooster, vacation period and attendance with proper timely reports;
o Maintaining proper POS (Point of Sale) records;
o In-store promotions with cooperation with sales and marketing team;
o Responsible for daily cash depositing in the bank;
o Improving sales with proper training, menu knowledge and customers contacts;
o Managing the store home delivery operation;
Accounts
o Monthly sales and operational suggestion report to improve operations;o Preparing the daily, weekly and monthly reports;
o Attending and participating in the monthly sales department meeting;
o P/L preparation;
