Primary Purpose of the Job:
- Manages the call center operation for both In-bound and Out-bound activities. Supervises the Sales assistant’s activities ensuring smooth running of operation.
- Lead generation through telemarketing, direct mail follow up and enquiries.
- Communicate leads and enquiries to concerned departments via CRM.
- Customer Satisfaction Surveys and Market Research surveys.
- Update customer database and develop an industry segmented database.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Segment customer lists from database as per campaign targets.
- Develop call script for telemarketing, direct mail follow up, customer satisfaction surveys and market research surveys.
- Assign customer lists and work schedules to sales assistants and monitor progress.
- Supervise the sales assistants to ensure the quality and targeted number of calls is maintained.
- Generate weekly productivity reports for call center.
- Closely monitor In-bound and Out-bound calls quality and intervene when needed.
- Train sales assistants on campaign details, call scripts, targeted segments and basic product knowledge.
- Campaign reporting on periodical basis for leads generated, leads classification and leads quality.
- Ensure customer details and contact details are updated on AS400 & CRM through the CRM Champions in the concerned regions.
- Conduct statistical analysis of call data, call script response & surveys to report results and findings.
- Communicate leads through CRM to the concerned region.
- Ensure that systems and hardware are maintained to provide the service required.
- Closely monitor customer complaints ensuring proper handling and customer satisfaction is maintained.
