The ideal candidate would possess the following experience and attributes:
- Discover the best ways to minimize the procurement expenses, and define and set policy for purchasing, to find the most cost-effective deals and suppliers- Search for reliable suppliers and set agreements.- Monitor prices to ensure we are getting the best price in the market.- Plan schedule for buying and Follow up with the team to ensure all items are delivered as required- Monitor market prices and make decisions accordingly to serve the company best interest (benefit)- Always to conduct a final negotiation with the suppliers and close the deals.- Prepare monthly, YTD and yearly reports on time to assist in decision making.- Establish a standard report to track the supplier business volume and share with the team for better deals.- Conduct a study to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules, and quality.- Develop, implement and manage monthly category, spend and benefits tracking reporting.
The successful candidate will possess the following skill sets:
- Minimum University Degree in Business Administration- MBA or Professional Certification will be an added advantage- 10 - 15 years' experience in (Commercial/Contract Management/Sourcing)- Able to communicate English and Arabic
