Develop and maintain all Operations Support policies, procedures and control systems.
•Prepare the annual budget for the Operations Support units (Scaffolding, Workshop, Batching Plant).
•Translate resource plans developed by planning and control into plans for the Operations Support functions.
•Set productivity improvement and cost saving targets and develop plans to meet the targets.
•Maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers, and manage their performance.
•Own, manage, operate and maintain project related equipment (including vehicles) for all projects, ensuring projects requirements are met with minimum disruption to operations.
•Evaluate make vs. buy decisions to meet equipment requirements on projects and develop annual capacity plans.
•Manage maintenance requirements for equipment including on-site maintenance support to ensure availability and minimize disruption.
•Ensure high availability and utilization for scaffolding, batching plant and steel fabrication assets.
And Provide inputs for estimation of materials and services as required by the tendering teams for tender preparation.
