To provide all necessary support for stores (existing, new & refits) with creative and reliable visual merchandising excellence and to provide the skills and the knowledge of brand guidelines, train and motivate store teams to aide with their development. To support the Marketing & Product Planning Team in leading, directing and motivating the sales team to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain visual requirements in accordance with brand guidelines
To support, train and develop store teams in the understanding of Company Visual guidelines
Run refits and new store openings
When in store - communicate with the store management team to ensure required actions and future plans are implemented correctly
Create a store visit report to ascertain any tasks that need to be achieved - giving constructive feedback to store management team, Regional Manager and Visual Manger
Meeting in the Head Office with Brand Manager - to give and receive feedback on all store visits
Communicate with brand Manager on a weekly basis reviewing and implementing any visual plans
Analyze all relevant information and implement as required
Implement window changes in line with brand guidelines
Key experience with window installations
In store product merchandising & visual displays
Creative flair and an eye for detail
Practical skills, planning and the ability to prioritize and organize self and others
Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to liaise with different functions
Ability to work as part of a team and Lead the entire team as required
Flexibility and reliability are essential
