- Ensure high-level of customer satisfaction by delivering projects with the expected quality, schedule, and budget.
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to capture customer needs and develop/adapt project schedules.

Lead the preparation for milestone meetings,
- Proficiently adapt to the administrative needs of the specific project as well as provide facilitation skills to assist in keeping the project focused on its objectives.
- Promote and support all necessary cross-functional activities to ensure closure of key concerns raised.
- Analyze project performance (timelines and dependencies) to implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Management of project KPIs e.g. Earned Value. Team resource management including manpower requirements, team set-up, and specific recruitment needs.
- Promote and coordinate quality activities.
- Follow up cash collection with customer,
- Provide visibility to the management about the challenges, risks and opportunities, and comply with company reporting requirement,
- Conduct project close-outs and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
