Talent Management :
Support the implementation of the talent management processes and plans ensuring adherence to the established guidelines for the BU/SF in coordination with the HR Business Partner.
Support training needs analysis for the BU/SF in coordination with the Talent Management and the HRBP.
Support training needs analysis for the BU/SF in coordination with the Talent Management and the HRBP.

Succession Planning :
Provide input for succession planning and facilitate the implementation of the succession planning process for the BU/SF in coordination with Talent Management and HRBP.
HR Programs :
Support implementation and execute all HR programs as directed by the HRBP of the BU. Provide advice and assist Employee Relations Specialist as needed.
HR Administration :
Ensure accurate and compliant administration of HR information, payroll and/or administrative processes if in remote location.
