Key Performance Areas:
Making 50 calls to the SA market daily – Keeping record of each call.
Conduct needs analysis during call to advise on required service.
Keeping record of all sales activities.
Following up on incoming leads.
Assist with client servicing requirements.
Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls and other telecommunications technologies.
Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years Sales Experience .
Ability to cold call and generate new business.
Understanding of Information technology, ERP solutions will be high beneficial.
