• Responsible for the smooth running of AR Section
• Verify AR invoices based on the contract terms
• Verify Accounts Receivable Vouchers and post in AR Module
• Ensure the Client queries are answered by the team
• Meeting with the client for any issues or queries.
• Overview of Client Contract
• Controlling Customers Advance Account and Bank Guarantee
• Dealing with Credit control/Collectors for payment collection
• Supervise Accounts receivable section staff
• Prepare Aging sheet and submit to FM
• Analyzing Client Advance payment based on the contract
• Other related jobs assigned by the Department Manager.
