Teaching certification from an accredited institution and minimum two years of experience in the given field.
Demonstrated understanding of the PYP Programme; experience in teaching in the PYP setting preferred
Leadership in the area of teaching Islamic Studies or Arabic language at the elementary level and facilitating adult learning in these areas
Experience in planning and facilitating adult learning
Knowledge and ability in unit writing and backwards design Awareness of students developmental needs and learning capacities
