Inbound/Outbound Documentation:
Prepare Inbound/Outbound documents such as Packing list, Bill of Lading, Letter of Credit and other export declarations.
Final and Outbound Manifests:
Ensure preparation of cargo manifests such as details of consignor, consignee, quantity of goods, origin, destination and value.
Export Documents:
Prepare export documents for the agents such as commercial invoice, packing list, pro forma invoice, bill of lading, certificate of origin etc.
Concepts and Policies:
Adopt and apply new professional strategies and policies within the area of responsibility in accordance with management directions.
Customer Inquiries:
Manage and respond to customer inquiries and complaints in an accurate and timely manner. Coordinate rate requests via tariff or Pricing. Provide customers with authorized quotes and proceed with booking.
Booking Information:
Obtain and provide booking information to customers such as booking number, ETA and Cut-offs, delivery and terminal requirements
Tariff:
Communicate rates to the customer including other components of the cargo movement .
Port Operations :
Liaise and support port operations and logistics department and terminal operators to obtain and provide accurate information related to ETA, cargo instructions, , inland moves, extended cut-offs, etc.
Regulatory Issues:
Coordinates approval with Operations Department for Class 1 and/or any Hazmat cargoes.
