Key Responsibilities:
- Sets and controls sales targets and goals and ensure that they are achieved.
- Develops, recommends and approves sales promotional activates and discount rates.
- Monitors competitors’ activities, sets, and controls sales forecasts, expenses budget and control procedures.
- Consults with executive management and departments heads to plan advertising services and customer required specifications.
- Reviews and evaluates the performance and recommends corrective actions to control cost standards and improves the performance of the area sales.
- Plans and recommends alternative method for improving sales profitability and forecasts and estimates market values of the business products.
- Recommends and applies sales policies and procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of the sales activities.
- Manages and controls customer's orders and pricing process.
- Establishes and maintains good interpersonal relationship with suppliers and customers and resolves their complaints regarding sales and services.
- Signs of business operations in according with the signature mandate depending on his responsibility.
- Finalizes and closes deals with the customers and suppliers.
- Plans and organizes company's marketing events and attends all supplier's meeting and conference to represent the company.
- Identifies and presents company's products to the customers and looks for new market and prospective customers.
- Controls and monitors annual budget for capital and operating expenses.
- Ensures availability and readiness of manpower resources to meet sales objectives and plans.
- Recommends and approves training programs to maximize the efficiency of the sales team.
- Prepares periodical report on area sales activities and delivers it to executive management.
