We are looking for a Saudi Talent, Financial Expert, Strategic Leader, who is passionate to lead and take the business to another level of success by making credible, wise financial and investment decisions, and meeting the business financial objectives and goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, plan, and direct all finance and accounting activities (Budgeting, Financial Reporting, Treasury, Asset Management, AP/AR, etc.)
• Provide continuous feedback, strategic advice, and consultation to the management, regarding all investment and asset management
• Ensure that all financial activities are aligned with the long-term/short-term business objectives
• Monitor financial performance, perform data analysis, initiate corrective actions to minimize any variances
• Plan, implement, and develop strategies to achieve business targets through Finance functions
• Set the Finance functions performance objectives, KPI’s, monitor them, and guide their achievement
• Develop, implement, review and maintain the Finance functions’ policies, procedures, processes systems, internal controls, according to the business operational needs
• Form a close working relationship with the business management wither Senior Executives and Non Executives
• Provide leadership to the Board's Finance and Accounting strategy, to optimize the company’s financial performance and strategic position.
• Ensure that company financial systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth.
• Work with senior teams to grow the business, formulating strategies and plans.
• Present annual accounts to investors.
• Establish a high level of credibility and manage strong working relationships with external parties including customers and advisors.
