- Create new customers (in coordination with the Customer & Stakeholder Management and Accounts Receivable functions) as per the approved customer creation form.
- Create and issue bills to customers (commercial air operators, general aviation operators, etc.) and maintain records of issued bills for tracking purposes.
- Process invoices and charge them to the related customer in a timely manner. (Customer may include commercial air operators, general aviation operators, etc.).
- Track all customer information (including billing history, average payment time, etc.).
- Resolve billing complaints as instructed by the Revenue Management Supervisor.
