Location ( Western Region, Eastern & Central Region )
Overall control of all administrative activities in the branch.
To provide added value support to all processes in the branch.
To co-ordinate the functioning of all departments in the region through chairing weekly meeting and setting regional tasks.
To develop the team working relationship throughout the branch.
Monitor progress of the overall branch business and individual departments and report back to RGM from branch Manager Perspective point of view.
To monitor opportunities in the branch and pass feedback to RGM.
Duties & Responsibilities
Sales
Support sales activities through direct contacts with Government entities, fleet customers and retail customers wherever it is applicable.
Expected to participate in sales calls to key government and fleet accounts.
Co-manage with the Branch Sales Supervisor in any regional conflict or poor performance.
After Sales
Support after sales activities through direct contacts with Government entities, fleet customers and retail customers wherever it is applicable.
Take leading ownership for any customer complaint for after sales customers.
Co-manage with the branch service and parts supervisors in any branch conflict or poor performance.
Credit & Collection
Key party in the evaluation of any credit transaction with veto rights.
Day-to-day direct close supervision on all collection activities.
Admin
Control all administrative matters related to the branch personnel through the direct management of the Administrator in the region.
Participate in the appraisal of all branch management and staff.
Finance
Day-to-day direct close supervision of finance staff in the branch.
Relationships
To maintain relationship with all Head Office Management in order to facilitate the execution of BM job responsibility
