The Nursing Shift Supervisor is a member of the nursing administration team, providing a 24 hours, 7 days per week continuous operational management of the hospital especially clinical supervision during all out of hours shift. He/she provides nursing administrative support in problem solving, trouble shooting and act as a resource person. Ensures patients receive the best level of care within available resources and nursing staff receive the level of support they require.
