Since 2014, Niagara College KSA (NC KSA) has operated technical and vocational training colleges throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in support of the Vision 2030 initiative and in partnership with the Colleges of Excellence (CoE). Applications are invited for the position of Manager, Student Recruitment, Admissions & Services at Niagara College KSA, Al Majma’ah female campus. Reporting to the Campus Principal, the Manager is responsible for the overall functioning and performance of the department of Student Recruitment, Admissions & Services, providing day-to-day leadership and direction with respect to policies, practices, systems and operations. She contributes to the College's mission and objectives by providing policy analysis and strategic advice to the senior managers and academic committees on admission, recruitment initiatives, student services/administration, arising issues and opportunities.
The incumbent will deliver a broad range of recruitment and admissions advisory services to prospective applicants, parents, high school counselors and teachers. The role acts as a key resource for influencers in local high school markets (i.e. teachers and administrators) and contributes to the development and execution of local promotion, marketing and student recruitment initiatives. Informed by best practices, current research, student data, program evaluation and student feedback, the Manager also leads the strategic development, delivery, communication and assessment of student life activities and initiatives for students as part of an overall strategy to promote student success, retention and a positive student experience. This includes the identification of barriers for students, and the collaborative development of initiatives to mitigate those barriers.
