JOB PURPOSE:
Liaise with line managers to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and preferences; interview and select applicants who meet the specified criteria for the position as per the company policy. Finding and hiring the best-qualified candidate for a job opening, in a timely and cost-effective manner.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Working closely with the line manager to understand, determine & deliver manpower needs.
• Post jobs over the job boards in a proper format.
• Search, attract and source qualified candidates for different positions.
• Acquire new CV through networking with other agencies.
• Searching for job boards, internet for qualified candidates.
• Conducting Initial Interviews to shortlist the best-qualified Candidates.
• Coordinate between recruitment and different departments for the final interview & all related matters.
• Proceed with the Employment approval Process & Extend the offer to selected candidates.
COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
- Internal: Internal Recruitment team. Line Managers, OD, Personnel. Division Administrators.
- External: Candidates - Agencies
