- Increasing rental of residential unit sales by setting effective marketing plans, and attracting new customers by advertising, and developing field sales action plans including client show rounds within the premises.
- Managing relationships with media, public relations and marketing agencies to increase residential units’ exposure to publicity.
- Administering and executing public relations activities, promotions plans, marketing campaigns, and advertising.
- Evaluating residential units’ monthly rental performance vis-à-vis existing sales trends, forecasts and prevailing market climate.
- Managing and supervising the digital marketing activities of the company to increase listings and exposure of company residential units on concerned websites and digital platforms.
- Performing any other duties related to his/her job as assigned by the General Manager.
