• A team leader and player responsible for a group of Sales Reps within a geographical region or a specific sales channel.
• Conduct regular visits to review service performance with major customers at least once a month.
• Maintain high level executive relationships within major customers.
• Provide leadership and direction to the team to enable achievement of agreed revenue.
• Establish, lead and maintain pricing reviews that ensure improving margins from designated accounts.
• Review, analyses, plan, secure and deploy resources necessary to achieve targeted revenues.
• Develop and implement strategies and policies for sales and distribution, as well as their own executive actions.
• Oversees project negotiation, execution and order delivery (and documentation) ensuring agreed terms and conditions from Client’s.
• Handles and take action on potential customer complaint
• Recruiting and training and coaching sales staff
