Conduct the cycle of inventory based upon system-
monitored and associated back orders inputs essential data
on all materials handled adheres to strict accounting
procedures in this regards to organizing all the work and
paper in store
2. Control and maintain the company’s material and stocked
product inventory including stock profiles, stock classes and
stock locations, through the prepared reports of the in – out
in the warehouse, In order to manage all the places of the
store.
3. Recommend improvements to departmental policy and
direct the implementation of procedures and controls
covering all areas to deliver a quality, quantity of material for
warehouse projects.
4. Coordinate perpetual inventory stock counting / inventory
accuracy checks to avoid any mistake.
5. Prepare all related reports to inventory and controlling the
warehouses documentation cycle through following up the
staff to get accuracy data.
6. Monitor receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations
by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program,
operational, and personnel policies to Delivery of high
quality products/service and a responsible environmental
attitude.
7. Check warehouse operations and contents by establishing
and monitoring security procedures and protocols to protect
the store.
8. Determine the dispersal of ‘leftover’ materials to coordinate
with purchasing & operation dept. to use it on future
projects.
