Key Responsibilities
1. Maximize volume, distribution, and route productivity in a defined area and lead the go-to-market environment
2. Cultivate strong relationships with key customers in the region
3. Prepare route plans for all sales routes under his control and confirm customer call frequency
4. Coach, train and lead a team of sales reps and frontline employees on selling and display execution and merchandising standards
5. Conduct daily morning briefings with his team and weekly meeting to review / assess performance against set targets
6. Planning of all holidays/vacations and relief cover to ensure continuity of agreed customer sales calls scheduled
7. Assist sales reps in achieving sales targets, execution initiatives, and route productivity set rates
8. Handle customer complaints , questions and issues
9. Ensures that all sales team members are adhering to the Company's policies and rules and work as the instructions given to them
10. Supervisor should perform a route ride on weekly basis as per schedule to provide on the job training to sales rep.
11. Supervising daily scorecard results of every route and prepare daily sales summary report for his area
12. Secure new customers/ contract deals in alignment with Company's policies & procedures
13. Supervisor aims to activate non-purchasing customers as one of his key tasks
14. Ensure all customer data integrity is continually updated and correct
15. Ensures that all sales reps under his control reconcile their truck stocks and cash deposits on daily basis
