• To contribute/ achieve closing monthly sales target and assisting in building strong relationship with the company’s dealers/ customers.
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
• Promote the implementation and adherence to policies, processes and operating procedures to others within Shaker
• Demonstrate and ensure a sales approach and level of service that will attract and retain long-term customers/ dealers
• Achieve monthly sales targets, collection targets and minimize customers/ dealers returns
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers/ dealers
• Negotiate the terms of sales agreement and closing sales in coordination with concerned department (i.e. legal)
• Gather competitor's market and customer information
• Increase personal knowledge of the Company’s brands products, sales techniques, and promotions through continuous professional training and development.
• Maintain updated knowledge of sales, promotions, and warranty policies
• Regularly submit sales report to the Sales Manager to ensure sales plan is moving to achieve sales target
• Prepare sales reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing sales information and trends.
• Search for new clients who could benefit from Shaker's products and services
• Record and maintain dealer/customer full information and ensure completion of customer files
• Analyse feedback received from customers/ dealers and raise significant issues to concerned department heads to identify areas for improvement and maintain customer satisfaction.
