- Effectively communicate and work within a cross-functional global team to coordinate and complete a large-scale implementation.
- Responsible for the design, delivery, implementation, configuration, development, value-add opportunities and support of ERP, including any third party applications integrated .
- Create, analyze, and validate detailed functional specifications.
- Facilitate design sessions to define the solution.
- Analysis of global business processes and procedures implemented .
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to support business process redesign .
- Define deliverables including functional and technical specifications, use cases, test cases, and system documentation.
- Create documentation and training materials and assist with organizational change management, including training of post go-live support team.
- Design test cases to cover business processes and system functions. Run tests, analyze results, manage defects and resolve issues.
