• Interact internally with various departments to ensure business continuity.
Receive visitors, arrange conference calls and screen incoming call, and schedule meetings and appointments.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and minutes of meeting.
• Organize meetings, conferences and other business-related events.
• Maintain & manage filing and data with respect to confidentiality level.
• Responsible for diary Management, booking flights and hotels.
• Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
• Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned

• متابعة الأعمال.
• التفاعل داخليا مع الإدارات المختلفة لضمان استمرارية العمل.
• استقبال الزوار، وترتيب المكالمات الجماعية ومراقبة المكالمات الواردة، وجدولة الاجتماعات والمواعيد.
• المسؤولية عن حجز الرحلات الجوية والفنادق.
• إعداد المراسلات والتقارير والعروض ومحضر الاجتماع.
• تنظيم الاجتماعات والمؤتمرات وغيرها من الأحداث التجارية ذات الصلة.
• الحفاظ و إدارة الملفات والبيانات فيما يتعلق بمستوى السرية.
•متابعة و إدارة الاعمال الهامة بالتنسيق مع المدير التنفيذي
•الربط و التواصل مع جميع مديري الفروع و الادارة المركزية
