My client is a Saudi owned holding company based in Jeddah, KSA.

This is an exciting and challenging role for a senior HR professional to come in and implement the HR strategy and policies with complete autonomy for this evolving business.

The HR Director will develop and implement the HR strategy, policies and procedures covering areas such as salary grading structures, recruitment, performance management, training & development, local procurement & administration functions in coordination with the affiliates/SBU’s.
