This global luxury super brand is looking for energetic and friendly Female Sales Associates to join an amazing brand. The role will focus on providing exceptional customer service working with a client base which you will build up and service as your clients.
As a Sales Associate, you will:
- Work within a team to build good relationships with team member sin order to work effectively in a team
- Build up a client contact base and ensure they continue to come back to you
- Advise on style and help customers in purchasing choices
- Understand weekly sales and drive own key performance indictors to achieving personal, team and store targets
- Work to gain a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Work with team and management in resolving issues and complaints with customers
As a Sales Associate, you will- A Female Saudi national is essential
- A friendly nature with a 'can do' attitude in order to provide great customer experience
- Ability to communicate in English
- Proactively work in a team as well as on your own at times
- Passion for the Luxury Retail industry and an interest in trends
- Good presentation and personal skills with the ability to build long lasting relationships with customers
- Energetic attitude and have a passion for serving others
- Be comfortable with working in shifts and be prepared for ad-hoc tasks when required
- Have the drive to achieve personal and store targets
This role is only suitable for Female Saudi nationals. You do not need to have come from a Retail background, but you must have passion for the Retail sector and want to be in a friendly yet luxury environment.
In return, you will have a good salary and commission structure as well as a clear progression path for you to progress within the company.
