* Arranging appointments with doctors and hospital medical teams.
* Building and maintaining positive working relationships with medical staff and supporting administrative staff.
* Will be responsible for growing sales of company’s medical products by developing relationships with doctors and creating marketing programs to promote products services as set by Manager.
* Must Submit achieved Track record of your sales performance.
* Making presentations to doctors, practice staff and nurses.
* Reaching (and if possible exceeding) annual sales targets.
* Planning work schedules weekly and monthly timetables. This may involve working with the area sales team or discussing future targets with the sales manager. Generally, medical sales executives have their own regional area.
* Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products.
* Accountable to achieve orders & sales target for assigned accounts/territory.
* Create business plans for territory/assigned accounts including, but not limited to opportunity development, competitive strategies & targets.
* Drive tender/bid process including the needs qualification, vendor selection, quotation and closure of their sales opportunities to meet orders/sales/margin targets as well as to maximize customer satisfaction.
* Perform professional demonstrations or presentations of company products or services while on customer’s site. Applies successful negotiation and sales closure techniques.
* Submit reports for sales and marketing on a weekly basis and in a timely manner.
