• Responsible directly of achieving sales and A/R target through the daily sales, control stocks and aging in order to achieve the general sales target.
• Lead a morning meeting with the Sales executives and review previous day’s targets that includes: Sales Volume, collection, stocks, Coverage, visits and month’s priorities, in addition to competition reports
• Lead a monthly meeting with the Sales Executives to review the next month’s priorities, promotions and plan, and review past month’s results, strength points and opportunities for improvement to be considered during the next month
• Frequently review the sales priorities, planning and presentation to the sales force ensuring that they are continuously aware of all stock, pricing and promotional issues.
• Conduct an individual meetings with the Sales Executives to review performance, priorities and identification of strength points and opportunities for improvement, and to set a performance improvement plan for the coming period
• Ensure the readiness of sales Executives before visiting the Key account stores.
• Prepare daily reports that include: productivity, visibility, sales volumes, competition, training, and submit these reports to the Modern trade manager
• Accompany Sales Executives through their daily visits to monitor the following issues: checking the month’s priorities, incentives, visibility, and productivity and to solve any stuck issues with the current customers and to find new customers, and to verify and competition related news
• Add new customers to the Customer’s database and print the new customer’s barcode, stick the new barcode at the Customer’s premises and raise the Customer’s awareness about the company products and the most appropriate sales plans
• Coordinate with the Modern trade manager regarding any observations raised by the Sales Executives related to competition, and solve any stuck issues, and provide the Modern trade manager with Market’s feedback concerning new promotions and priorities
• Direct control of stock level in coordination with unit manager to insure proper level of stocks always available in the WH through the IT report
• Direct control of accounts receivables in coordination with the credit controller through the IT report to avoid the financial receivables problems.
• Direct handling of emergency customer cases through the market visit, phone.. to ensure the maximum level of satisfaction
• In direct supervision of marketing activities execution in conjunction with the Modern trade manager and the trade-marketing analyst.
• Report the market and the competitive activities to the Modern trade manager with recommendations on actions that should be adhered to
• Develop periodic reports related to the activities of the department
• Handle any other work related activities as per the direction of the direct manager.
