· Ensure receiving and verifying the material from vendors as per the Purchase Order terms and conditions. · Maintain all material with proper manner by putting product tags to easy locate. · Ensure streamlined pinching operations as per scheduled shipments .escalate to supervisor if needed. · Report potential discrepancies to supervisor and inventory controller to investigate. · Maintain sound stock and transfer any damages to segregation through regular checks. · Ensure keeping the material in right locations and maintain safety procedures. · Ensure entering right data in the system to improve accuracy · Maintain the re-order levels of regular/daily consumable items. · Ensure making material receive vouchers and duly acknowledge on the Delivery Invoice and sending to concerned Department for further process. · Keep eye on near expiry / nonmoving items and report to supervisor to take appropriate action. · Ensure doing weekly cycle count in coordination with account · Ensure all destruction being done as per the process after getting required management approval · Keep track of temperature in the Store to the required level. · Allocate storage area separately for Food/Non Food Goods and not to mix this up at any point of time. · Adheres to company policy and safety procedures and work to create a healthy and secure environment. · Ensure compliance with government regulations. · Do other tasks assigned by management and related to your expertise. |
