To Maintain co-ordination as per organization structure
To be Responsible for employees work scheduling to include: work assignments/rotations, employee training, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.
To Demonstrate through knowledge of weld Preparation , TIG Welding & Welding Techniques
To Ensure operators/technicians daily log book is written as performed.
(No discrepancy)
To Assign work to operators/technicians as per scheduled given plan and facilitate those proper tools, machine and material etc
To Assist staff/technicians to resolve complex or out of policy operation problems.
To participate in problem solving and continual improvement activities of the Turbine department, which involving the actual participation of work. To ensure all components and fixtures are place in appropriate positions.
To ensure all operators/technicians follows the safety rules and work place tidiness as per company policy.
