- Ability to understand and manage customer life cycle.
- Ability to draw solutions that enhance customer experience & engagement.
- Ability to calculate and manage Service Level Agreement.
- Develop objectives for the call center’s day-to-day activities.
- Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology etc.)
- Manage and analyze call-center statistics (sales performance, costs, customer service metrics etc.)
- Assume responsibility of budgeting and tracking expenses.
- Hire, coach and provide training to personnel to maintain high customer service standards.
- Monitor and improve ordering, telephone handling and other procedures.
- Evaluate performance with key metrics (accuracy, call-waiting time etc.)
- Prepare reports for different departments or upper management.
- Must have prior call center experience of managing large teams.
- Sales prior experience is a must.
2 years and more experience in a managerial position. - Must have proven credentials of good performance in the previous organizations.
- Ability to differentiate between the knowledge & skills required for B2B and B2C projects.
