Enrollment of New Employees & Induction
Manage the process from selection of a candidate to end of probation period. This includes being the point of contact for all new hires, employee folder management, contracts & support.
Reporting
Carry out quarterly HR Business reports to allow for data driven HR department.
Contract End
Manage the process of all employees who leave the organization to include but not limited to, review of contract, End of service settlement, managing handover.
Support Services
• Employee letters
• Maintain employee files within privacy and legal requirements
• Proactively contact employees with new or changed HR information
• Carry out trainings, meetings as an expert in HR systems and processes
