Overall + 5 years experience and minimum 3 years working experience as QA/QC Engineer on high-rise Tower projects
Understanding for ISO 9001 Quality Management System
Preferably Certified Internal Auditor
Well aware of QA/QC Procedures and processes
Can handle site independently and perform site Inspection prior to consultant Inspection
Minimum BE/ B.Sc/ B-Tech/ Degree in Civil Engineering / or Architecture
Can prepare and review Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans and Inspection Checklist
Should be capable to deliver the specific work procedures training and tool box talks to the site teams and subcontractors
Very well aware of construction sequences and can prepare Inspection schedules
Raise Inspection Requests (IR's) and Material Inspections (MIR's) for Consultant Inspections
Can report the non-conformance (NCR) and correction action request (CAR) and strictly follow the project quality plans and procedures
Have very good English language skills for communication and understanding
