JOB PURPOSE
Ensure that all shops are meeting the landlord and mall operation standards and focus on establishing and implementing strong design standards, review new shop concepts and approve architectural drawings and ensure business driven and contemporary design solutions, provide solutions for any design issues throughout the Retail Design Process.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop design standards with landlord and mall operation
• Track activities to ensure shops are handed over and operational by deadline
• Coordinate with Tenant Coordinator and on ongoing fit out works
• Report status in Retail Design Management meetings on different malls and locations
• Participate in meetings to discuss issues and status
• Review operating shops and ensure compliance to design and mall standards
• Provide solutions for improvement in mall appearance
• Report to Department Director
Requirement
Bachelor Degree in a technical discipline.
Leadership & Management skills and the ability to relate to the complexities of managing retail property
Minimum of 5 years’ retail design and retail projects experience in GCC
Creative and ability to relate to the complexities of managing retail design
Market knowledge
