Contribute to Development of Annual Marketing Plans for the assigned brands / channel
Execution of Marketing Campaigns as per plan and approved budget
To identify internal and external resources required to execute each activity
To localize and develop marketing communications as per Shell guidelines and develop effective agency briefs.
To train 3rd party resources on marketing activities
To monitor the campaign execution
To conduct campaign and 3rd party evaluation at the end of each activity
Responsible of the giveaway planning cycle (forecast – procurement – dispatch)
Tracking promo gifts and keeping a log for auditing purposes.
Develop POP materials
To provide support to Procurement Department by submitting all required documentation and by proper planning.
Assist in identifying and evaluating marketing suppliers
Creating Purchase Requisitions in SAP for suppliers
Following up with supplier for completion
Verifying Supplier invoices, updating GRR in SAP
Personally completing the payment approvals and documentation process for urgent payments
Branding & Events ownership.
To identify and support the opportunities for contract driven branding (Franchise Workshops, Oil Change Shops etc.)
To execute the branding on the identified locations
To execute event sponsorships (auto events, industrial seminars) in line with marketing strategy Delivering the marketing initiatives as per the approved marketing calendar efficiently (cost) and in a timely manner (planning).
