• Collaborate with upper management in developing human resources policies and procedures related to salary administration, staff motivation and retention, and recruitment processes, and other related Organization Development issues.
• Review semi-annually and annually all the HR Plans to monitor status and decide the need for any revision or cancellation.
• Plan, organize, control, and direct operation of the department in accordance with Company Goals and objectives
• Develop strategic plans for Saudization programs including hiring, educating, and developing Saudi Nationals to eventually assume the primary professional management and technical positions
• Coordinate with department heads for yearly Manpower plan and budget and provide the required manning within 3 months.
• Ensure established compensation policies and scales are strictly followed in the contract offers to both new and re-contracting employees.
• Develop and implement Human Resources shared mission, vision, goals and objectives consistent to that of IAC identifying roles and responsibilities of all HRD staff in quality programs.
• Create the Organization chart, Grading system and salary structure
• Generate different types of analytics to support the upper management in the strategic decisions as turnover rate, cost per employee, headcount report, etc.
• Create training plan and budget for all departments according to company goals and get upper management approval
• Transfer the work from Manual process to automated process through implementing ERP system.
• Participate in Strategic decision through clear statistics and analysis submitted to management.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by CEO to effect efficient service.
