JOB PURPOSE:

• Provide engineering expertise in
  resolving plant instrumentation & control related problems. Work with
  Operations & Engineering groups to resolve instrumentation & control
  related issues at different SIPCHEM affiliates. Work with vendors as necessary
  to resolve problems, implement upgrades and technology items. Assist with the commissioning
  and turnover strategies.

 JOB CONTEXT:

• The position reports to Process
  Control and I&E Section Manager. The candidate is responsible for helping
  other departments to solve Instrument & Control related issues. Focus on
  instrument & control systems reliability by observing overall performance,
  minimizing frequent problems and failures, recommending and implementing
  solutions resulting in improved quality, reliability and safer operations.
