We are working with an expanding construction company based in Jeddah. This is a leadership role for the HR function; reporting directly to the CEO and supporting him with management of the HR and administration activities.

You will be managing all HR activities including recruitment, training, manpower planning, administration of employment contracts and compensation packages.

The role also involves regular contact with Government agencies and with the Ministry; maintaining the Sauditization status is key to the role.
