Operation Execution
- work closely with sales team to
ensure trade marketing strategies are aligned with sales objectives and revenue
targets. - spend 60% of his time on ground in
Retail Market & Conduct periodically trade visit to assess new launches
implantation in key markets
competitors. - Plan in coordination with Trade Marketing to
support for all new launches - track all BTL activities and ensure delivering point of sales materials as per plan.
- review and check all payment claims and prepare the trade agreement forms (TAF)
Operation Management
- Communicates and discuss all trade programs with sales team to ensure 100% implementation.
- Provide feedback to management on sales promotions, new product launches, and brand activation.
- Receive and respond to all sales operations on promotions and other related activities.
- Attend monthly meetings with the sales and distribution team to review sales performance and forecast.
- daily follow up with the modern trade distribution team, Sales Representatives and Merchandisers on their operations.
- ensure distributors are motivated and focused on the company’s strategic goals.
Strategic Planning
- Develop and prepare monthly sales reports and presentations.
- Prepare & present competitive and price analysis report on a monthly basis.
- assist the manager with pre, during and post-trade marketing activities.
- Prepare and share the monthly trade deals with the sales team.
- Work closely with the product, trade marketing, digital marketing teams, you will mastermind the performance of the accounts.
