Responsible for the overall operation of Quality Control Department through optimum utilization of manpower and equipment in order to provide consistently high quality product at lower cost.
Ensure that the products are manufactured as per the prescribed standards through various quality checks outlined in the PI Manual.
Monitor and Implement Good manufacturing Practice, Food Safety and PI norms
Ascertain that the sanitation program such as correct chemical concentration, flow rate and temperature are met and effective as per PI specification.
Assures that all raw materials used in the process conform to standards.
Conduct Trade Sampling as per protocol
Conduct Warehouse audit as per SOP
Implementation of food safety management system
Create out training programs and competency assessments.
Submit daily, monthly reports as and when required
Monitor Sugar, Concentrate and Chemical Consumption and raised purchase requisition.
