Jobs Management in Saudi Arabia
We are currently working on a Project Manager role for one of the Government entities in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Develop the business plan of the project in line with the
- objectives, and strategic objectives
- Formulate and communicate project performance objectives,objectives
- continuously monitor progress and alignment towards strategic
- Monitor and report on the yearly budget of the project
- Develop and oversee execution of the outreach strategy through ads,
- social media and other tactics
- Lead creation and sourcing of relevant content regarding projects
- Ensure seamless operations of the website by overseeing efficient
- website maintenance
- Lead continuous improvement and development of the platform
- Oversee the operations of the project team, provide expertise,in order to achieve high performance standards and staff pride in
- contribution
- encourage teamwork and facilitate related professional work processes
- Assign individual objectives for employee performance management informal feedback in order to support professional development and
- maximize performance
- purposes, manage performance, empower staff, and provide formal and
- Monitor the identification and recruitment of vacant positions, play an
- active role in on-boarding team members
- 10 - 12 years of experience with media, publishing, editing, content creation within a government entity/ Multinational Company
- Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge about digital media platforms and digital encyclopaedia ecosystems
- Excellent communication skills and leadership skills
- Candidate must be a strategic thinker and able to build relationships
- Candidate must speak both Arabic and English fluently
- Candidate must be a Saudi national (Based on recent government program, this role is only open for Saudi nationals)
